Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist in Training, Family and Couple Therapist in Training

Everyone has the strength and opportunity for positive change - I can help achieve this with active attention and tools.

I am currently a clinical psychologist candidate and a family therapist in training.

Earlier I obtained my Psychology MA degree at Eötvös Loránd University, with a focus on clinical and health psychology. I completed part of my studies in Belgium in an international environment. Within the framework of an NGO, I also had the opportunity to support the career choice of high school youth with individual and group mentoring sessions. After obtaining my degree, I also worked in career counseling in an international environment. I graduated as a coach in 2023 and also studied schema therapy. I currently work at a psychiatric institute, and in addition I support clients here as a member of the Soul Key team.

Main issues I work with include: relationship and family difficulties, emotional management (anxiety, anger), self-esteem, self-confidence, LGBTQI topics, grief.

For me, the starting point of the counseling process is that everyone knows their own life best - what I can provide support for is that the person asking for help reaches their own solution. The counseling conversation is a safe and supportive environment where you can get closer to difficulties and recognise patterns that may be repeating in our lives. I welcome adults who want to learn about their own resources, move on from their blockages and want to live a more balanced and self-identified life, hearing their own voice in the midst of expectations.
