Psychologist

Sometimes we all get stuck.
We feel we could do better, we want to change, to move on, but we don't know how or where to start.

Sometimes change itself is scary, or we fear we are not capable of it. Even though we want more, something is paralysing us, holding us back from being who we want to be. As a psychologist, I help people to change, to set new goals, to explore new paths, to develop new ways of working, to find and mobilise their own resources. Self-knowledge gives you the knowledge and strength to (re)find and represent your own needs, to feel at home in your own skin, in your own life.

The focus of my work is on relationships, gender roles and related parenting roles. What is it like to be alone and together? What is it like to be a woman, a man, a mother, a father, what is good, what is difficult, what is scary, what is desired? How do we relate to each other as women, men, mothers, fathers? How do these roles interact at home or at work, and how can we avoid burnout and find a balance between them?
